Our bridal and engagment conceirge business is succesfully helping our customers find, design, and select the best ring for their budget.
Our Process
1--At your intial consultation appointment with one of our engagement and diamond specialists, we discuss your engagment ring and budgetary preferences.
2--We answer any questions you have about ring styles, diamonds, or gemstones, helping to educate you about diamond shapes and your complete ring design.
3--We use our extensive network of diamond suppliers to create a curated assortment of diamonds specifically for you, ensuring you get all of your diamond options at the best price possibe.
4--Once you have chosen a design, we finalize the design for your approval and move into production. Our team oversees every step of production through completion to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship for your perfect ring.
We recommend speaking with us 8-10 weeks before you would like your finished ring.
If you have a tighter deadline, we do our best to accommodate your timeline and meet your needs.

Time Line
Most projects take about 2-6 weeks total; commonly 1-3 weeks in desing, CAD, and wax stages, and 2-3 weeks from final design approval. Design time varies, but give yourself enough time to enjoy the process, we are confident you will!
CAD Design & Modeling
Realistic renderings and physical models transform ideas into reality in an interplay between the client, the desinger, and our CAD team, to bring your ring to fuition.
Wax Carving & Model Making
f the piece is to be cast, which most are, we then create a wax or resin master model. Our 3-D printers and growers as well as wax carvers create the perfect blend of art and detailed perfection.
Casting & Stone Setting
Once the design is apporved, the casting process begins. Our master caster's state of the art equiptment and attention to detail cast your ring for the best quality. Followed by handsetting each stone to perfection.
Texture & Finsihing
The final stage of production is finishing and polishing the piece. Prior to quality marking, we double check all details of the design to ensure the ring is perfectly executed and all craftsmanship is top notch..
